I am Allen ALTEZA, an eager learner and team player. I would like to be in a work environment where I can continue improving my current key skills and develop new ones related to my field of study and interest.  I developed my current set of skills with confidence in execution and openness to learning. I typically use a variety of skill sets in my design projects to arrive at the optimum solutions for the clientele’s problems. Out of all these skill sets, I mostly utilise my skill sets in research and development to create design concepts and strategies becoming most confident in it. I wish to be in an environment where I can effectively practise the skills I have gathered, improve those skills to benefit the firm and myself, and develop new skill sets that will further my experience and the growth of the firm. I also wish to be part of a team where I can proactively assist and support.
